01Who processes your data

The data controller is bovsanka, founder Bohdan Ovsiienko, 24 Yaroslava Hasheka Blvd, Kyiv, Ukraine ("we"). For any data question, contact us by the email or Telegram listed under "Contacts".

02What data we collect

We receive data in three ways:

• Request form: name, phone or Telegram handle, preferred channel, service of interest and task description.
• Communication: messenger and email conversations, manager's notes after a call, meeting bookings via the calendar.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the page the request was sent from, ad campaign UTM tags, interface language.
• Blog comments: name and comment text.

We never ask for or store card details. Instalment payments are handled by monobank.

03Why we use it

• To contact you after your request, explain our services and arrange a meeting.
• To review your processes, prepare a proposal and contract, and deliver the work.
• To understand which pages and ad channels work and improve the site.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations, including tax and accounting.

04Legal basis

We process data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for EU clients, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Legal bases: your consent, given when you submit the form; entering into and performing a contract; our legitimate interest in site protection and analytics; legal obligations.

05Who we share data with

Only to services the site and our client work depend on. Each gets the minimum data it needs.

Some of these services may store data outside Ukraine. In that case we rely on their standard contractual data protection safeguards.

06How long we keep data

• Requests and correspondence — up to 3 years after last contact, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Contract data — as long as the law requires.
• Server logs — up to 90 days.
• Blog comments — while the article is published, or until you ask us to remove them.

07How we protect data

• Encrypted HTTPS connection on every page.
• Only sales managers and the founder can access requests, each with their own account.
• A protected admin panel, login rate limits and spam protection.
• Regular database backups.

08Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them sparingly:

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings — the site will keep working.

09Your rights

You have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data or restrict its processing;
• withdraw consent and object to processing;
• complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the supervisory authority in your EU country.

Message us and we'll reply within 10 business days. Deletion doesn't cover data we're legally required to keep.

10Children

The site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version date is shown at the top; we'll notify active clients of material changes.
